Who are "The Kooky Ukes"?



Answer: Ireland’s quirkiest, hippest and happiest wedding band.

 

We're an all-singing, all-ukulele playing trio who turn tracks inside out and serve them back to you with a totally new vibrant flavour. From classic to contemporary tracks, we reinvent them in ways never imagined. 

 

Our fears are 'run of the mill' wedding entertainment and predictability. We provide something  more unique and fun-driven, an alternative to the norm.

Why did The Kooky Ukes get together?



Answer: We saw a shortage on the Irish wedding scene of fun, quirky entertainment options, specifically those armed with ukuleles. 

 

We talked to our couples about it and the rest is history.

We knew it. 'Unpredictable and Unforgettable' are two words that describe our playlists; mixtures of classics and contemporaries turned inside out and reimagined, for your hearing pleasure.
